In Phonecases3D we like our customers to be satisfied with their purchased product. Therefore, if not satisfied, you have a period of 14 calendar days to exercise your right as a consumer upon refund and 30 days to exchange for another Phonecases3D product.
Factors to consider:
- Whatever product you would like to exchange or return need to be done so with the packaging intact and in the best condition possible, consequently packaged and protected. If these requirements are not met, Phonecases3D Will not accept the product.
- The refund will take place within 14 business days.
- Regarding both exchange and return, it is Phonecases3D that will pick up the product at the indicated address.
- If the withdraw occurs later than 14 calendar days for returns or 30 calendar days for change, it will not be accepted by Phonecases3D.
- In the case of return, the initial shipping cost (when purchased) is covered by Phonecases3D, shipping cost of return is covered by the customer. However, if the return takes place because of fault or mistake made by Phonecases3D, the shipping costs of return will be covered by us.
- Exchange of product does not come with extra shipping costs.
- In the case of return, once the product is checked and verified by us, the refund will take place through your payment method. Shipping cost will not be refunded. In the case where no shipping cost has taken place (Spain Peninsular), it will be subtracted an amount of 2,5€ from the refund due to shipping costs occurring with the return
How to change a product?
- An exchange of product is completely free (if there is product in stock).
- Write us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, with your order number and the product you would like to exchange. Continuously, we will get in touch with you by e-mail to explain the process. (If you think you haven’t received an e-mail, check the spam folder)
- There will be agreed upon a day for picking up your product. (This day will be decided in respect of the client. If the customer is not at home or don’t have the package ready at the predetermined time, the possibility to change the product is gone. If the customers schedule is very complicated, the package could also be dropped off at the nearest, predetermined drop-off point without extra cost).
- We pick up the product you want to change, and once it has arrived our warehouse in perfect shape, we will start processing the new shipment
- You only get one free exchange with every order.
- If you need to return a product previously exchanged, you have 14 calendar days from you receive the new product, to request a return.
How to easily return a product?
- Write us an email to email@example.com, with your order number and the product you would like to return. Continuously, we will get in touch with you by e-mail to explain the process. (If you think you haven’t received an e-mail, check the spam folder)
- Indicate the address in which you want us to pick up the product, without any needs to go to a post office. The cost of this return I s2,50€ (peninsula), 3,50€ (Baleares and Canarias), 5,90€ (rest of Europe), 9,90€ (other countries) that will be deducted from your refund amount once the return is realized.
- Put the packaged product in a box or bag in which you write the following return address very visible:

- When we physically receive the product, we will review that everything is correct and process the refund of the value of your products. (Only the value of the product will be refunded, never shipping costs).
